These are three fine art high-quality giclées numbered and hand signed by Emma Wildfang, the creator of the original drawings. It’s the edition 5/5 printed on 300g acid-free paper.

The artworks in this series show us well-known cartoon characters such as Donald Duck or Mickey Mouse in a completely new and futuristic version. The artist visually assembled the characters from machine parts, creating a combination of art and engineering.
The machine parts are strongly reminiscent of the works of Albrecht Dürer and Leonardo da Vinci.
Despite the visual use of hard materials such as metal and steel, the artist manages to give the figures a certain warmth and humanity. The characters still have the distinctive traits that made them so popular, while set in a futuristic setting.
The artist uses a mix of metallic colors such as silver and gold, adding subtle tones to bring the figures to life.
Overall, the images are an interpretation of the classic comic book characters. The artist tries to strike a balance between technology and art, presenting us with a new version of the characters that is familiar and novel at the same time.
